Swapping ETH

To deposit the Axelar varients of USDC, WETH and WBTC into Strobe you will need to first aquire the assets from Ethereum's EVM chain. Unless you hold the Ethereum version of the assets already, it will be a two step process to acquire them and move them across the bridge to XRPL.

In the following examples we will walk you through swapping native ETH on Ethereum EVM, into WETH, and then bridging to across to XRPL

Firstly you'll be required to connect your EVM compatible wallet by pressing the 'Connect Wallet' option within the top half of the interface. This will open a pop-up where you can select your wallet extension and press 'Connect'

Once connected you'll need to select the asset and source chain by pressing on the asset name. Select the source chain as Ethereum along the left hand column and then search within the 'Token' search bar for 'ETH'.

On the bottom half of the interface you'll select the destination chain and asset. Select the destination chain as Ethereum and search for the asset you wish to swap into, USDC, WETH, or WBTC. The recipient will be automatically set as the same wallet you have currently connected.

After this, simply input the amount of ETH you wish to swap and select the 'Swap' button. After signing this transaction you'll need to wait for the bridging to be complete and the assets will appear in your wallet.
