# Weekly Check-In

When navigating to the Quests tab, the first thing you’ll see will be our weekly check-in system.

Users will be incentivized to check-in at least once each week, encouraging active monitoring of their positions and health factor.

This system resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC and a check-in can be completed at any point during the week prior to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
